Cyber warfare capabilities

Many countries have included cyber security units in their militaries and announced their intent to develop cyber warfare capabilities. The project develops computational models to assess cyber warfare capabilities of all countries in the world. The project developed a socio-cultural model to assess countries' motivations and identified metrics to assess countries' latent abilities. The model is populated using publicly available data on international relations and countries' cyber security expertise.
